### Feature Description

There Should Be An Arrow To Open Extended Volume Panel.
In Panel Their Can Have Multiple Options,

> Like Changing Output Device.
> Turning Live Caption On & Off. (When You Or Some Adds This Functionality Via Plugin)
> Changing Volumes For Inactive Device.
> Change Volume For Media / Alarm / Notifications Separately.
> Media Service Volume. (Apps & Services That Are Playing Media Like YouTube, Spotify)
> & Equalizer for Advance Users.

Improved Media & Audio Capabalities.
