Description
### Feature Description
I would like to have some sort of way to set static ip and modify the dns in the settings UI.
Just like in mobile devices. When you select a network, you can set a static ip, set a dns, randomize your mac address.
I think its a neat feature.
### Use Case
This is useful when you're trying to connect to a network that does not have a DHCP server, maybe a direct connection to another pc or a server.
Useful for debugging.

### Proposed Solution
Knowing that people can be using different networking packages, it can be hard. Maybe disable the feature if its not using networkmanager for example.
### Alternatives/Existing Solutions
Every polished linux, windows, android os has this feature.
I think our settings UI is quite amazing. And has the potential to be feature complete
Here's an example shown from an android phone:

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the settings UI and identifying how networking is currently handled, then clarify supported networking packages and the expected static IP, DNS, and MAC-address behavior before defining completion criteria.
