cursor theme not work in some window

### Description

The latest update is so pretty, but there is still some issues.

If you change the cursor theme to breeze_cursors or Breeze_Light, it will not work in some window such like JetBrains IDEs.

Also in x11 application the size of cursor becomes too small.

### Expected Behavior

It should work the same in all window

### Steps to Reproduce & Installation Method

1. Change cursor theme to breeze_cursors
2. Open an IDE
