When clicking menu bar widgets that open overlays, such as power menu, the widget that caused the overlay to spawn is still re-clickable through the overlay until you move the mouse

1. add power menu widget to bar
2. click on power menu widget
3. click on power menu widget again without moving cursor
4. compare to clicking on power menu widget, and then moving cursor, and then clicking
