Apps that should be hide doesn't hide

## Feature Description

I create executables in .local/share for modify the behaviour to deal with an app locally for example to hide an app from menu as xgps but the app still shows, (This could be a bug but for someone but doesn't create fails at dms level to work so I put that here)

## Use Case

The app shouldn't be showed that breaks with normal behaviour for application menus, for example rofi or walker doesn't do that

Walker or rofi how I mentioned above doesn't have this problem

Start by reproducing the issue with an application such as xgps and a local entry under .local/share, then inspect the DMS menu's application-discovery behavior. Compare the result with rofi or walker and confirm that entries intended to be hidden no longer appear in the DMS menu.
