Allow tray section menus to be wider

## Feature Description

I think the current max width of tray icons tray menus is too narrow. Some menus have longer content and it's being cut.

## Use Case

Solaar is one example of the issue:

In Gnome, or with Waybar, I could always see the battery percentage level in the context menu. In DMS I can't see it.

## Proposed Solution

Either make the hardcoded max width larger or make it configurable (although the latter option would be too much I think).

Start by locating the tray section menu implementation and its hardcoded maximum width. Reproduce the issue with a tray item whose content is clipped, then verify that the menu displays the full battery percentage across compositors.
