Show "special" Workspaces in hyprland

## Feature Description

Quickshell is capable of returning the "special" workspaces that hyprland has. On Hyprland, these show up as negative workspace IDs.

## Use Case

When you use scratchpads, it can now show them (maybe separated from the other workspaces?) and which windows they have right now.

## Proposed Solution

When on Hyprland and enumerating the workspaces, include workspaces with negative workspace IDs separately.
