Option to only delete cache of file being changed.

This is a feature request. Would it be possible to have an option to _only_ delete the cache of the page/post that has been updated?

The "Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated." is all or nothing. Does it have to be?

If you create a new post/page, there is no cache for that anyway. Thus it makes sense to only delete the cache of a page that is updated/edited, leaving the rest of the cached pages in tact.

No file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Begin by tracing how publishing or updating a post currently triggers the “clear all cache files” setting; done means an option clears only the changed page or post cache while preserving other cached pages, with coverage for updates and new posts.
