Using mod_rewrite: Showing Advanced Settings Page by default.

Glad to see all the work that's being done on this plugin. It's getting better and I appreciate it.

This is not a bug per se but I use WPSC on every site I develop (over 100 sites at this point). In almost all cases, I use the same or similar settings using mod_rewrite and just set it and forget it.

Yet when you use mod_rewrite and you go to Settings > WP Super Cache it goes to the Advanced Settings Page by default as it tells you. My question is: _why_?

Every single time I go to the settings I just want to clear the cache on the Easy tab. So I have to go to the Advanced tab by default, then click the Easy tab, then click 'Delete Cache'. It just adds an extra 10 seconds every time for no discernible reason.

And in my experience when you use mod_rewrite there is no option to do this from the admin toolbar — there simply is nothing there so no way to clear the cache other than to go to the Easy tab. See this screenshot:

There are a few easy solutions, any of which will work:

1. Have an option to go to whichever tab you wish when you go to WPSC Settings (or at least an option to go to the Easy vs. Advanced tab.
2. Have a 'Clear Cache' link (with possible other options) in the admin toolbar with mod_rewrite.
3. Go to the Easy tab by default no matter what. I doubt most people would complain about this as I assume like me, most people are not changing these settings often. In any case much less than they need to delete the cache with mod_rewrite.

As we all are aware, these extra seconds add up when developing so my hope is to remove one thing that is causing extra time and for no good reason as far as I can tell.

Start at the Settings > WP Super Cache entry point and compare the Easy and Advanced tabs when mod_rewrite is enabled. Determine which proposed behavior should be implemented, then verify that the selected tab or admin-toolbar cache-clearing link is available and that clearing the cache works without requiring an unnecessary navigation step.
