Description
Wordpress now has an 'official' way to inline CSS on every page that goes out. Its under theme - customize. EG https://firstsiteguide.com/customize-css-new-wordpress-feature/
When you edit this CSS the cache is not deleted. Wordpress 3.8.2 WP super cache Version 1.5.3.
Since the CSS is now inlined with the HTML the HTML cache needs to be reset. I did it manually, but its going to cause confusion for some users.

Research direction
Start by tracing how WordPress Customizer CSS changes are saved and how WP Super Cache handles cache invalidation; the issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Reproduce the change with the reported WordPress and WP Super Cache versions, then verify that cached HTML reflects updated inline CSS after editing the theme’s Custom CSS.
