Only preload startpage?

I want all the single posts to be preloaded just once, when they are created. But I want the startpage to preload every other minute. How do I do that?

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First determine whether WP Super Cache already supports separate preload behavior for single posts and the startpage, then identify the relevant configuration or preload entry point. Done would mean the requested schedules are clearly defined and verified, but the issue does not provide enough detail to choose an implementation path.
