Request to enable force the CDN although Site Accelerator is enabled

Hi Dev Team,

Would like to request to have a feature that force enable the CDN, although the Site accelerator is enabled. I originally use photon from wordpress and and use it together with the CDN in wp-super cache, so far there are no issue of using both.

The issue i find with site accelerator is not all of scripts and css links are converted to the cdn. I guess only common and hosted files from wordpress..

Hoping there is a way to force enable that feature for us to convert all css, script and other files to our cdn.

Reproduce the reported case and determine the intended interaction when both features are enabled. Done means the requested files are consistently served through the configured CDN without breaking Site Accelerator behavior.
