Description
On the Advanced settings page, there are 2 checkboxes that relate to known and anonymous users:
> Don’t cache pages for known users. (Recommended)
>
> Make known users anonymous so they’re served supercached static files.
It seems to me that these two options are mutually exclusive, and so you shouldn't be able to check both at the same time. I will dig deeper into both to see what they actually do.
