Name is confusing

Even if you instruct in your REAMDE to install memcache*d* the object-cache is using memcache (without d) extension.

I think it can be renamed as wp-memcache in order to distinguish with for instance https://github.com/joomlaworks/wp-memcached-object-cache which is using memcache*d*
