Description
## Problem
If you use the Woo plugin `Login as Customer` ( you can check how to install and activate it pdDR7T-1mt-p2#comment-1781), or other plugins that add buttons to `users.php`, you'll see some visual issues.
We didn't introduce this bug, it is already there without SSO enabled, but it would be nice to have this fixed.
