Some of the tests that verify there are no block warnings or errors in the editor in Atomic were skipped because Stripe is not connected to any test users. This task is to investigate if we can add Stripe integration to a test user.

Research direction

Start with the Stripe billing testing guide, the Slack context p1666793706130759/1666793696.801109-slack-C1A1EKDGQ, and related issues #69509 and #69556. Trace which Atomic editor E2E tests were skipped because no test user has Stripe connected, then determine whether a test user can receive the integration and document the result and any tests that can be re-enabled.
