### What
Provide an option to open links in new tab in RSS Feed block.
### Why
This solves the problem of links in RSS Feed blocks opening in the current tab. Since these are likely external links, it would be nice to have these open in a new tab, so that site visitors remain in the site.
### How
Place a toggle in the block settings to activate/deactivate "Open links in new tab".
