Request: Add more information about pricing on Pricing page is for first-time purchase

Is it possible to have some kind of information/text: “For first-time purchase”/“For new purchase only” on https://wordpress.com/pricing (non-USD page)?

Some users got confused on why they see the pricing on Plans page and https://wordpress.com/pricing different (and naturally, they prefer the cheaper price -- and this put HE with position either to defend/inform that the price for upgrades would be on Plans page or to comply and provide one-time partial refund.)

For upgrades, users need to know that Plans page (https://wordpress.com/plans/) is the source of truth/expected information.

I wonder if we can add some information like a mockup screenshot below (I'm using PHP currency as it's one of the currencies with 20% discount):

Start at the non-USD pricing page at https://wordpress.com/pricing and compare it with https://wordpress.com/plans/, which the issue identifies as the upgrade source of truth. Done means the pricing page clearly labels the displayed offer as for first-time or new purchases and explains where upgrade pricing is found.
