Privacy settings: update wording of 'coming soon' mode

Description

Currently in general settings we show this description for coming soon mode:

> Your site is hidden from visitors until it’s ready for viewing

That's a bit confusing. Let's change the description for 'coming soon' to:

> Your site will display a “Coming Soon” page to visitors until you’re ready to launch.

This will match the grammar of the other descriptions, while making it more clear what coming soon means.

Could the create gardeners make this quick change?
