Description
As a follow up to https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/pull/26469, I'll be a nice addition to the editor to have a Simple Payments placeholder while the product information loads.
#### Steps to reproduce
1. Starting with a Premium or Business Site
2. Add a Simple Payment Product to a Page or Post using the Editor.
3. Save or Update the Changes
4. Refresh the Editor Window
#### What I expected
To see a placeholder for the Simple Payments module while the Product information loads in the background.
#### What happened instead
The product content flashes, suddenly appearing on the editor.
