Stickies deletion

Something is not okay with Sticky's deletion. When I delete it on the site, I have to basically re-create, relaunch the whole app to get them working again, to refresh them. I don't know if it's because we don't have any sort of a tombstone or the sync protocol doesn't account for deletions. I think we're storing stickies in our SQL database, but I am not sure. So So the flow is like when I delete on WordPress, the sticky still stays on my desktop.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing deletion on WordPress and checking how the desktop app refreshes Sticky data; trace the site-to-desktop sync and SQL-backed storage to identify where the deleted Sticky remains. Done means a deletion is reflected on the desktop without recreating or relaunching the app.
