Feature Request: Show link to Quote posts

### What

Currently, quote posts (and replies) can be seen in the Comments section (/wp-admin/edit-comments.php), but there doesn't seem to be a link to the quote post from there.

As the quote doesn't show up as a comment on the public post page, there's no way to get back to the source quote post.

I want to interact with the quote post.

Start at the Comments section at /wp-admin/edit-comments.php and reproduce the case for a quote post or reply. Trace how the quote post is represented there and determine where its source link should appear. Done means an administrator can follow a link from the Comments section to interact with the quote post.
