Generator vs new phpcs.xml.dist file

I haven't checked this yet, but `_s` now contains a `phpcs.xml.dist` file with references to the name `_s` as well, so I'm wondering if the generator handles this case.

Start by comparing the generated theme with _s and inspect the referenced phpcs.xml.dist file, especially line 36. Check whether the generator preserves or updates references to the theme name; done means generated output has correct references rather than literal _s values.
