API key won't allow teams to be fetched

Description
I've created an API key with the following permissions
When I enter this key into the settings I get the error message 'Failed to load teams. Check your API key.'
This means that when I click 'Create Linear Issue' I get an error 'Please select a team in settings' which I can't do.
