Create a new site link is barely readable

### Quick summary

I used Studio to create a site on WordPress.com but found the place on how to do it. It was barely readable.

### Steps to reproduce

Create a new site in Studio or use an existing site and click on Live from the Site's menu..
On the next screen you see your sites to select an on the bottom there is a link in dark blue "Create a new WordPress.com site.

### What you expected to happen

The link could certainly use a lighter link color.

### What actually happened

It's too dark so you barely notice it. For new users it's difficult to see how to get the local site online.

Start by running Studio 1.20.0-dev6 and reproducing the path from a site's menu to Live, then inspect the site-selection screen and the dark-blue “Create a new WordPress.com site” link. Update its link color so it is clearly visible, and verify the link is easy to notice in the same flow.
