Studio causing issues with database

### Quick summary

- Yesterday Studio caused a random error where suddenly the dev site gave the error message about the database needing to be repaired. Clicking repair caused it to break more. Site had to be completely deleted and recreated in Studio

- Today while updating to 7.0.4 in dev site, it hung for about a minute at the updating database step.

- Then I tried the beta tester plugin to force another update, and it once again hangs at the updating database step for about 1min

There seems to be some issue in Studio in working with databases

Unfortunately the logs were deleted when I removed the entire folder yesterday and started fresh
