Description
### What
I would like the ability to control which sync operations are allowed in the Sync screen — especially the Push operation to the production server. In most cases, pushing local content directly to production is uncommon and risky. Having the option to disable certain actions (like Push) via settings would help teams manage deployment more safely.
### Why
Currently, there is no way to prevent accidental clicks on Push or Pull operations in the Sync screen. This presents a minor but real risk, particularly when working with inexperienced team members. Introducing such control would make Studio safer and more team-friendly.
### How
I will upload a revised screenshot of the Studio interface that shows grayed-out (disabled) Push buttons to illustrate the requested feature.

Research direction
The issue names the Studio Sync screen but no files or tests. Start by locating that screen and its settings flow, then inspect how Push and Pull actions are exposed. Done means the requested operations can be disabled through settings, with the disabled state visible and the action prevented.
