Add "Send Logs" option to the OSX version

The option to "Send logs" seems to be missing from OSX, this exists in the Electron version Under Help > Send Logs, so our users can send detailed system logs of problems that may arise with the app.

For consistency we could do it as the Electron app: https://github.com/Automattic/simplenote-electron/pull/2194 , which was taken from the WordPress app originally.
