Lists bulleted with `•` are not rendering in preview correctly

I failed to find the issue, but it felt like it was already posted...

### Expected
`•` is treated as a list bullet during edit - so, the list should be rendered correctly in preview.

### Reproduced
1. Open a new note
2. Enable markdown
3. Start a list, and use `•` as a bullet
4. Make sure list is looking good in editor
5. Switch to preview ~> list is a one-liner

Start by reproducing the issue in a new note with Markdown enabled, using `•` bullets and switching from the editor to preview. Compare the editor and preview output; done means the bullet list remains a properly formatted list in preview on macOS.
