History and Publish panels are not correctly aligned under cetain conditions

I have Dock placed at the right. If the app is maximized (but not in fullscreen), I see this:

If it's in fullscreen, it seems to respect the Dock position, however Dock is not shown:

Same is for Publish

Reproduce the issue in Simplenote 2.8 beta 3 with the Dock on the right, comparing maximized and fullscreen windows. Trace the History and Publish panel layout entry points; done means both panels align with the Dock position in each described state, with the existing behavior covered by a suitable test if one is available.
