Description
With Apple OS's support text replacement in System Settings / Keyboard, iff I type the invocation replacement in a Simplenote, hit the escape key to abort the expansion, I truly get the literal invocation text (as expected) in my note.
Now, if I change to another Simplenote note and immediately back to the previous note, the note has been changed without my consent. Just by loading the original note, the literal invocation text has been expanded to the replacement text as if I had typed it.
#### Steps to reproduce
Ex: Presuming a MacOS text replacement for omw to replace with On My Way.
1. Invoke it with omw then click Escapte to abort replacement.
2. Simplenote note now contains omw
3. Change to another note and back.
4. The omw text has been expanded to the replacement of On My Way.
#### What I expected
omw to stay in note as omw after switching to another note and back
#### What happened instead
omw switched to On My Way
#### Simplenote version
1.4.0
#### macOS version
macOS High Sierra 10.13.6

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in Simplenote 1.4.0 on macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 using the documented “omw” text replacement and Escape sequence. Trace what happens when switching away from and back to the note; done means the escaped literal invocation remains “omw” rather than expanding to “On My Way”.
