Description
#### Steps to reproduce
1. Open a Markdown note in Simplenote
2. Click on "Preview" button
3. Select Note > Print or use ⌘+P
4. The unformatted, raw markdown version is printed
#### What I expected
Since the preview was open, it's expected that the preview version is printed.
#### What happened instead
The unformatted, plain text Markdown version is printed instead.
