Moving selection/paragraph up or down

There is something I'm missing from my favourite text editor I used in the past: the ability to move a selection or paragraph up and down with a shortcut. It made editing documents, restructuring text a breeze.

The shortcut key would affect the paragraph currently containing the cursor, or the current selection if there was one.

I would love to see this added to Simplenote.
