Last open notes not remembered

Expecting that Simplenote would remember the last note viewed last time it was closed

At every launch, Simplenote selects the 1st note in the list, not the last one it was viewed

> 1. Launch Simplenote and open, or select a note

> 3. Re-launch, Simplenote doen't remember the last note selected before closing

Reproduce the issue on macOS 15.1 with Simplenote 2.21 by selecting a note, quitting with CMD + Q, and relaunching. Trace the app's launch and note-selection state handling; done means the last selected note is restored instead of the first note in the list.
