Jittering Text on Scroll

This is very low priority and isn't affecting me in any meaningful way.

### Expected
On scroll text sometimes jitters

### Observed
In certain scenarios, scrolling causes text to jitter / jump up a few pixels before fixing itself causing a jittery / glitchy effect while scrolling. When scrolling back to the top of the note, when you hit the top of the note it jumps slightly before fixing itself. (See video attached to this big report).

2) Scroll down

Start by reproducing the issue in the macOS note view using the listed steps and compare the behavior with the attached video. Trace the scrolling behavior around the top of the note; done means text stays stable while scrolling down and when reaching the top.
