Spellcheck Inconsistent/ Broken

### Expected
I would expect the default spell check on my Mac to work as I have set in my Keyboard settings in the Mac app.

### Observed
The spell check will only get one of the misspelled words in a document.

### Reproduced
1. Open a new or old note and create misspellings
2. Look for the right squiggles that highlight incorrectly spelled words

No source file or test is named. First reproduce the issue in a new or existing note on macOS 13.5.2 with app version 2.19, creating multiple misspellings; done means the default Mac spell check highlights each misspelled word rather than only the last one.
