### Why
Tagging of notes is useful, but at a glance I would like to see my notes in a folder hierarchy.

### How
In the same way you can add a tag to the note, you can specify the name of the folder by typing the name. If the folder does not exist, a prompt is show to create the folder.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by examining the existing note-tagging flow and how notes are displayed, then define the folder hierarchy and creation interaction described in the issue. Done means notes can be assigned to folders, missing folders can be created, and the hierarchy is visible alongside or instead of tags.
