Menu bar items and window buttons shouldn't overlap
### Observed
Menu bar items and window buttons overlap when using RTL language (tested with Hebrew)
### Reproduced
> 1. Open system preferences ->Langauge & Region -> Apps -> Plus button -> Pick Simplenote -> Choose Hebrew (עברית)
> 2. Restart Simplenote
