Description

The created date of a note changed to the current date and time after the note is being published on the iOS app version 4.27. This doesn't happen on the Android version of the app.

### Expected
I would expect the created date of the note remain unchanged after I published the note.

### Observed
The created date of the note updated to the current date and time when the note is being published.

### Reproduced

1. Open a note that has an older created date.
2. Tap the `i` icon and take note on the created date of the note.
3. Tap the ellipses icon and enable the "Publish" option to publish the note
4. Go back to the note and tap the `i` icon again. Notice the created date of the note was changed to the current date and time.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. First reproduce the issue in the iOS app's note publishing flow using the listed steps, then trace that flow to find where the created date is updated. Done means publishing an older note leaves its created date unchanged, as on Android.
