Scroll Jump after remote update

### Details:
1. Launch Simplenote iOS
2. Open Simplenote elsewhere (Mac / Web works)
3. Open the same note in both clients
4. Perform an edit in the Mac App

As a result, the Vertical Offset might jump once the remote change comes thru.
