Increase menu icon sizing with font size

While working on accessibility sizes in Simplenote iOS, it was noticed that the icons that appear in the note options menu do not increase in size when the font size increases. When looking at the largest font sizes this makes the icons appear very small.

The suggestion was to increase the size of these icons with the font.
"it looks like [Apple notes icons] within rows are scaled up till they hit a maximum size of about 150% the natural size and this only happens when “Larger Accessibility Sizes” is enabled. So, for us that would be 36pt in the note options and 24px in the note list."
