[iPad] Information Sheet does not get dismissed on new note creation

### Expected
If a new note is created while Info Sheet is shown, Info Sheet should be dismissed (as done for History). Should new note be created or not is an open question, I tend to think that it shouldn't.

### Observed
On iPad, tapping 'New Note' in Note Editor while Info Sheet is shown, will result in new note creation, and Info Sheet still being shown in the new note.

1. Use iPad
2. Open any note
3. Open Info Sheet
4. Tap 'New Note'

Start by reproducing the issue on iPad using the Note Editor, opening the Info Sheet, and tapping New Note. Trace the New Note and History dismissal flows, then confirm the Info Sheet is dismissed when the new-note action occurs and resolve whether note creation should proceed.
