Inaccurate click target on editor toolbar buttons

I noticed on macOS in Safari and in Electron that these buttons are not clickable on the lower third or so:

You can hover them, and the cursor changes, but clicking does nothing unless you click higher up on the icon.

**To reproduce**
* Open a note, and try and click on the lower part of a toolbar button.
* The button will do nothing
* Note: The list view buttons work fine so it's something with only this editor toolbar.

Start by reproducing the click behavior on the editor toolbar in Safari or Electron, then compare it with the working list view buttons. The issue is resolved when clicking the lower third of each editor toolbar button triggers its action reliably.
