Windows: Dark mode visuals and graphis buggy

All graphic and design in the app should work the same our other electron apps

### Observed
Graphics appear buggy in dark mode on Windows.

User decription:

> Menus will show content beneath them, or focused elements will not lose the focus styling after cursor moves somewhere else. Menus / elements appearing on top of others will also take a while to disappear, as if the fade out animation got stuck. Like the elements will go away, but the outer container will remain for few seconds showing the boundary and blank content, shading the content beneath

Windows 10 Pro 22H2.
