Description

When I try to use Unicode based Script to write a note (with help of google input tools - chrome plugin), the notepad doesn't type my words. But, I can type unicode Devanagari Script in Search box.

### Expected
I should be able to use Unicode based scripts using Google input tools.

### Observed
I can search using unicode script using google input tools

### Reproduced

1. Make sure you have installed Google Input Tools plugin on your chrome browser. ( https://www.google.com/inputtools/chrome/ )
2. Use any Unicode based script to type in Notepad - it doesnt type.
3. Try to type in Searchbox - notice that it works fine.
