Not able to type using Unicode Scripts from Google input tools on main notepad on Chrome browser.

When I try to use Unicode based Script to write a note (with help of google input tools - chrome plugin), the notepad doesn't type my words. But, I can type unicode Devanagari Script in Search box.

I should be able to use Unicode based scripts using Google input tools.

I can search using unicode script using google input tools

### Reproduced

1. Make sure you have installed Google Input Tools plugin on your chrome browser. ( https://www.google.com/inputtools/chrome/ )
2. Use any Unicode based script to type in Notepad - it doesnt type.
3. Try to type in Searchbox - notice that it works fine.

Reproduce the issue in the main notepad on Chrome with the Google Input Tools plugin, then compare it with the working search box behavior. Trace the notepad's text input handling; done means Unicode scripts can be entered in notes as they can be entered in search.
