Description

While typing in a note, I can see the refresh/sync icon appear by the note heading in the left-hand panel. If I move the cursor within the note while the sync is happening, and then continue typing at the new cursor location, then what I typed before the cursor move is deleted. It makes Simplenote unusable.

### Where did you see the bug
Windows 10 Home
Version 21H2
OS build 19044.1586
Simplenote app version: 2.21.0
I have only recently upgraded to v 2.21.0 as I was previously on version 1.15.0. The issue has only happened since I upgraded.

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Start by reproducing the cursor-move and typing sequence during sync on Windows 10 with app version 2.21.0, then trace the note editing and synchronization flow. Done means text typed before moving the cursor remains intact while synchronization is in progress.
