A note with specific content does not get synced.

Note content should be synced.

### Observed
While clicking `Random article` on Wikipedia, I stumbled across a [text](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Ampaipitakwong) that seems not to get synced:

The interesting part is:
- Same scenario will work and sync on live Web (2.16.0)
- If this text is pasted as a note title, it will be synced.

### Reproduced
1. Open a new note
2. Add some title followed by a line break and make sure the note is synced.
3. Insert this: `Anthony Petch Ampaipitakwong (Thai: แอนโธนี่ เพ็ชร อําไพพิทักษ์วงศ์, born 14 June 1988) is a Thai footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder.` ~> this part of the note will not be synced.
4. The note will not be synced even after the text above is removed \ replaced with the other. If the note is removed, it will stay on the other devices.

### Where did you see the bug
- OS: macOS 11.2.3 on MBP 16" | Simplenote Desktop **2.18.0-beta1**

Reproduce the issue using the listed steps in Simplenote Desktop 2.18.0-beta1, then compare the behavior with live Web 2.16.0. Trace the sync path for the note content and verify that the text syncs across devices and that removing or replacing it does not leave the note unsynced.
