Description
It was reported in 4112996-zd-woothemes that the web app displayed the notes on a deleted account after the user recreated a new Simplenote account with the same email address.
### Expected
It was expected that the new account should not have the notes created in the deleted account.
### Observed
I can access the notes in the deleted account when I log in to the web app with the new account.
### Reproduced
1. Log in to the web app at https://app.simplenote.com/login
2. Once logged in, go to Navigation Drawer > Settings > Edit Account > CLOSE ACCOUNT and follow the prompt to close the account.
3. On the same browser, create a new account with the same email address at https://app.simplenote.com/login
4. Once the account is created, log in to the web app on the same browser.
5. See that the notes on the deleted account still exist.
6. Open up an Incognito/Private browser tab, log in to the web app.
7. We can only see a welcome note on the new account.

Research direction
Reproduce the account-close and same-email recreation flow at https://app.simplenote.com/login, comparing the original browser session with an incognito session. Trace whether the old notes come from the web app session or account data, and consider the bug done when the recreated account shows only its new-account content in both sessions.
