Switching tabs causes a pending tag to be submitted

If you are inputting a tag at the bottom of a note and then switch to another tab in the browser the tag will be submitted.

1. Be in Chrome
2. Have note open
3. Start adding a tag
4. Do not submit it
5. Switch to another tab
6. Switch back
7. Tag was submitted

@SylvesterWilmott is this a bug?


Reproduce the tag-entry flow in Chrome using the six steps in the issue, then trace the frontend handling for tag input when switching away from and back to a browser tab. Done means an unsubmitted tag remains pending after returning to the note and is submitted only through the intended action.
