### Expected
All tags can be removed if needed from the app by by clicking Edit > Trash Icon
### Observed
For a user with tags duplicated as seen in https://github.com/Automattic/simplenote-electron/issues/2353 one of the duplicated tags can not be removed from the app
### Reproduced
I was able to reproduce this when logging in as the user.
Their account and other information, like the tag in question, can be found st 3424483-zen

Reproduce the duplicated-tag case described in issue #2353, then trace the app's Edit > Trash Icon path for tag removal. Compare behavior for duplicated and ordinary tags, and verify that every tag can be removed when the fix is complete.
